My parents came into the US on b2 visa in march 2021 and I requested a b2 extension in aug 2021 due to covid related travel problems and they stayed till jan 2022 but left before taking their biometrics.Eventually their extension got denied.Now they are planning to come back in sep 2023.will there be any problems?Anybody parents in similar situation?
